Shipping & Delivery

SECTION 1 - Local Delivery

If you are in the vicinity of one of our listed stores, as shown in checkout, then all orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the same day. Orders made after 5pm will be delivered next day before 12 noon. A flat charge of Rs 40 will be charged for local deliveries

SECTION 2 - Store Pickup

If you choose the store pick up option, your order will be packed and be ready for pick-up in 2 hours from order time. There are no charges associated with these pick ups.

SECTION 3 - Karnataka and Tamilnadu

If you are in either Karnataka or Tamilnadu, but not in the vicinity of one of our stores, then all orders placed will be shipped the same day. Delivery to cities/towns in these states will be done in 2-3 days. Shipping charge of Rs.60 will be charged for every 400g chocolate ordered.

SECTION 4 - Rest of India

If you are in any other state of India, shipping will be done the next day. Delivery will be done within 3-5 days. Shipping charge of Rs. 80 will be charged for every 400g chocolate ordered. 

SECTION 5 - Customer Information

The onus is on the customer to provide accurate delivery information at the time of ordering. Delivery delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will not be the responsibility of "Ooty Chocolates".

SECTION 6 - Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

Timelines mentioned in the policy document will be undertaken in a best effort basis. However, if there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to strikes, bandhs, festival holidays, natural calamities, Ooty chocolates will not be held responsible.
